🐞 Sidebar toggle is not located above the sidebar #270

Describe the bug
When you open a workspace, then the sidebar toggle is not located above the sidebar
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open workspace
- See
.sidebarTogglenot over the sidebar itself
Expected behavior
The toggle should be located over the sidebar as in, for example, Xcode

@pkasila : Could you make sure you can close Sidebar on the right as well?

The inspector (right) sidebar visibility toggle issue is #172 and #173. It might make sense to do these all together.
