Compression Laboratory #36

I briefly checked whether we could publish this package to PyPi and then use it in the compression lab. So far, I think only the following should be problematic:

• healpy~=1.18.0 is an old version; we could either upgrade the requirement or relax it so that new versions of healpy also work
• same for aiohttp~=3.11.0
• pandas~=2.2.0 is an old version; since pandas 2.x stopped at 2.3 we could simply upgrade to ~=2.3.0 and know that it shouldn't be a problem (except for anyone wanting to use pandas 3, but so far a lot of code is still stuck on pandas 2)
