📖 Overview

TechCart is a full-stack e-commerce web application built using PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap 5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

The application enables customers to browse electronic products, manage shopping carts, create accounts, place orders, and track their purchases. It also includes a dedicated administrator panel for managing products, customer accounts, and orders.

The project was built as a portfolio application to demonstrate practical full-stack web development concepts including authentication, CRUD operations, relational databases, session management, responsive design, and e-commerce workflows.

⚙ Installation

1. Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/BenjaminAyivoh1/TechCart.git

2. Move the project

Copy the project folder into:

xampp/htdocs/

3. Start XAMPP

Launch:

• Apache
• MySQL

4. Create Database

Create a database named:

techcart

---

5. Import Database

Import

database/techcart.sql

using phpMyAdmin.

6. Configure Database Connection

Edit:

config/database.php

Example:

7. Run the Project

Open:
