[Feature Request]: Improve stability of PSGallery installations #4239

Recently, more and more pipelines fail because of PSGallery installations (ref). We should hence invest (likely via a try-catch-retry) how we can improve the stability here.

available repositories.This improvement should also be ported to the AVM CI.
